The style of this chandelier is an historicaly accurate reproduction of the pair that date from 1690 and hang in the private apartments at Knole Park a very fine example of a 17th-century country house in Kent.
This is a stunning 8 arm Knole pendant with it's original gilding all 8 arms on one level, with engraved foliate decorated panels. The central column incorporates an urn shaped bluster decorated with 3 cherub masks, 8 scroll shaped arms and a pinapple finial.
